East-West Seed was established in 1982 by Simon Groot (Dutch) and Benito Domingo (Filipino). It is the market leader for tropical vegetable seeds in Asia with leading marketing positions in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar and Sri Lanka. Today it has expanded its business in India, China, vietnam, Cambodia, Latin and South America.
